I used to live in Musselburgh and this was a local whiskey, in fact it said to be the Edinburgh Malt.
I have had the 10, 12 and 14 year olds, the 14 year old was a gift for X-Mas. It has a lovely malty taste and reminiscent of hob nobs, sweet in addition to flowery aroma.
If you get a chance I recommend going on the tour of the distillery, it lasts an hour and at the end you get to try the 12 year old in addition another of your choice in the bar.
