Edradour distillery is a small but highly regarded whisky distillery located in the picturesque town of Pitlochry, Scotland. Founded in 1825, it is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland, producing a limited amount of single malt whisky each year.
The distillery is known for its traditional production methods, which include the use of hand-operated equipment and the smallest stills in Scotland. These small stills allow for a slow and careful distillation process, which results in a rich and complex flavor profile. Despite its small size, Edradour boasts over 25 distinctive expressions of Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky with their wonderful characters and flavors. The distillery also produces a heavily-peated version of the Edradour called Ballechin.
The distillery store offers a wide variety of its single malts for sale alone with other gift items.
