Our First Oxford Conference

Steve and Don facilitate their first Oxford Conference and with their supportive and lovely spouses visit London as a way to end a week of hard work. On their way to the theatre, Steve finds the Whiskey Shop in Covent Gardens. This small shop held treasures beyond imagination. Chalkboards from floor to ceiling hold the names, proofs, and prices of powerful, cast strength single malts that could weaken the knees of any mortal. Steve and Don didn’t know it then but this single event later developed into what had now become their quest to find the perfect single malt.
