Body: Well-matured, soft (This 17 year old single malt is transferred to new oak casks for four months. The casks are coopered from Quercus Alba, American white oak, which has been toasted and then charred, but never previously held any liquid. This may account for the additional softness.)
Palate: A delicate influence from the New Wood oak, adding spiciness and hints of vanilla
Finish: Lingering, flowery
