Nose:Heavy butterscotch sweetness, dried fruits, subtle hints of orange
Body:Medium to full
Palate:Perfectly balanced, wild honey and heather, lemon peal, delicate spices, sage, black pepper
Finish:Very rich and long with a distinct dry aftertaste. briny, salty

    This 16 YO Scapa has a wonderful, velvety mouth feel. I real enjoy it, I just wish it was a little less expensive.
