Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Color: Pale Amber
Nose: Peat, vanilla sweetness, orchard friut, notes of citrus peel, iodine and sea salt follow
Body: Medium, syurpy viscosity
Palate: Smoky peat dominates along with some salt and sherry-like sweetness, there's some spice that is quite noticeable
Finish: Much more rounded and mature than the 10 year old, still peaty with fruits and a very nice salinity
